Great news for food lovers in South Tenerife! Restaurante Earth opened for lunch every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12:30 to 15:30.
Located inside Hotel Eco Life in San Miguel de Abona, a natural setting where sustainability and respect for the environment are essential to the experience, it is now possible to enjoy organic, local cuisine during the day too.
Arroz en Llanda, the star dish
To celebrate the opening, the restaurant introduced Arroz en Llanda, reinterpreting the traditional baked rice recipe with a creative, modern touch, in four irresistible versions:
- 🍲 With fish — juicy rice with fresh fish from the Canarian coast, sustainably caught.
- 🍗 With chicken — oven-baked rice with local chicken, cooked with Mediterranean herbs and spices.
- 🥕 Vegetarian options — two creative versions with fresh seasonal vegetables.
