Menu 1 – €31.50

• Appetiser and artisanal bread
• Starter (shared by two): modernised salad with organic chicken and sour apple
• First course: organic garden vegetable soup
• Second course: Canarian black pork belly over sweet potato purée and honey sauce
• Dessert: spiced orange cream with crunchy cookie soil and yoghurt ice cream

Menu 2 – €40.50

• Appetiser and artisanal bread
• Starters (for two): tender greens salad with goat ricotta and sour apple; chicken curry croquettes with lime aioli; homemade spinach and ricotta ravioli
• Main course of your choice: beef shank over Canarian potato parmentier, or tuna loin over smoked eggplant cream, citrus and honey sauce
• Dessert: mango flan, coconut foam and volcanic soil
