On Friday 7 February 2025, Restaurante eARTh launched Gastrocita Earth, an exclusive event celebrating haute cuisine with fresh seasonal produce. In this first edition, the star of the night was the artichoke, a versatile and exquisite ingredient carefully selected from local producers.

- Appetiser: crispy winter vegetables with coriander sauce
- Artichoke heart carpaccio, cherry tomatoes in oil, arugula sprouts and black salt
- Garlic-infused tender artichoke wedges with slow-cooked egg
- Amberjack supreme, artichoke purée and crispy artichoke
- Passion fruit semifreddo, cocoa soil and cream ice cream
