5th Gastrocita: a night dedicated to creative tuna

Restaurante eARTh continued celebrating the connection between flavour, sustainability and culinary creativity with its exclusive Gastrocitas: dining experiences designed for the most demanding palates.

On Friday 6 June, between 6:30 PM and 10:30 PM, the restaurant offered a night dedicated to tuna, reimagined with an international approach and Canarian soul.

Tasting menu – €49 (drinks not included)

• Tuna croquette with kimchi emulsion
• Crunchy tuna and avocado toast
• Tuna tataki over peanut ajoblanco
• Tuna in orange and ají amarillo sauce
• Chilled melon dessert in textures

Five courses where local produce takes centre stage, worked with signature techniques that reflect the essence of the farm-to-table philosophy. Seats are limited and tend to sell out quickly.
