…Yes, because since I was a child I felt a particular attraction to cooking. I took my first steps in my youth without ever feeling the 'weight' of work and kitchen responsibilities.
Constantly updating, with a continuous thirst to add new knowledge, because cooking is an infinite world in constant evolution.
I live in the kitchen. My biggest goal is to make diners happy through the creation of my dishes… That makes me very happy!
